Sunday evening's suppertime was a variation from the norm: chicken souvlaki on flatbreads with tzatziki sauce. After a nice marinade, the pounded chicken breasts were grilled to perfection. Fresh diced tomato and onion, plus hearts of Romaine, made for a grand bed for the chicken and an abundance of that homemade tzatziki. Delicious stuff, that, with a great mix of flavors.
