Meal No. 3533: Pan-Seared Pork Medallions in a Ginger-Shiitake-Soy Cream Sauce

Last Saturday night was movie night and dinner at the house, so I made a scrumptious menu of pan-seared pork medallions that were supplemented with this amazing ginger-soy-shiitake cream sauce. Spiced roasted potatoes and garlicked whole green beans were along for the ride. Once the plates were almost licked clean, it was then to the third floor for Crimes of the Future, an odd film that still pleased the audience.
