Dateline: Fri 19 June. Clearly it had been too long since I'd made our huge pan of lasagna for the crew (we last did it almost exactly three years ago for Meal No. 3400). Friday a week ago, it was another delightful gathering of Amy and Gern and Kristen and Mookie. We feasted on that delicious lasagna, partnered with some big and bubbly focaccia and a side salad with choice of dressing. I reckon we might've missed this dish being on more recent menus and that night sort of made up for it.
