If it offers the tiniest incentive for making a batch of cinnamon buns, I'll definitely fall in line for a "National Day Of" celebration. That was last Wednesday's fun culinary endeavor, with a more basic cinnamon bun recipe that resulted in truly pillow-soft sweet rolls of which two were consumed with zero hesitation once they were out of the oven and iced with vanilla glaze. Yum.
