The bananas on the counter were at their state of supreme ripeness on Friday and absolutely perfect as the essential ingredient for a platter of banana bread pancakes, adorned with sweet and luscious bananas foster syrup. It is a simple meal and not so hard to put together...and breakfast for dinner is always a winner.
