Meal No. 3420: Pork and Potatoes

As last week approached its end, I continued to make meals from what was already in the pantry or larder—and a well-stocked freezer and a sous vide set-up allowed an easy menu to be made Thursday: boneless seasoned pork chop, and roasted seasoned potatoes. Simple, inelegant, filling, and good!
