It was a throw-it-together-and-hope meal last Tuesday, given there's still been no grocery run and I wanted to pull something into decent shape from what's on hand. Prepped spiced chicken tenders went into the sous vide, and I brought out some reserved tikka masala sauce, bulked it up with some of my extra pizza sauce, topped it off with additional herbs and spices, and served it over bowls of fresh-steamed basmati rice. The dinner was a success, if I might say so!
