Just before we got our first-of-the-year summer-style thunderstorm on Thursday evening, there was a golden opportunity for a quick repeat of a somewhat recent meal: skillet beef stroganoff. You know, when you have the ingredients on hand for the first go, it becomes all too easy to bring it back for another round. Doggone it, though: it's simple, fast, easy...and always dependably tasty.
