On a mostly sunny Wednesday that allowed me plenty of excellent outside time to work in the yard, the easy meal plan required the sous vide set-up for cooking some barbecue-spiced chicken thighs; then, it was pretty easy to dice onion and prep a sheet pan with tortilla chips, cheese, and black beans...and the onion and diced chicken! Altogether it was a straightforward pleasure for taking a break from the house labors.
