After the pleasing result the week before last when I tried out a new recipe for lemon blueberry bread, and with plenty of blueberries still on hand, I thought I'd give a trial run to the other recipe (for that kind of sweet loaf!) that I had printed out. Oh, but this proved to be rather a disappointment when I made it Wednesday before last. Not bad enough to throw the bread out, but I definitely am not keeping that recipe. That was the intended sweet treat on Wednesday a week ago.
