Saturday was just one of those days, and after managing to get several productive things accomplished in the yard, I was not particularly enthusiastic about an involved dinner. I rolled out a refrigerated puff pastry, spread barbecue sauce on it, topped it with bacon and cheddar and mozzarella, and gave it a good baking until a flaky tastiness was achieved. It did the trick that night, especially because it still left room for the last of the lemon velvet cake.
