Just a few meals ago I made Caesar salads, topped with sous vide spiced chicken tenderloins. What remained was the rest of the container of power greens, as well as plenty of my homemade Caesar dressing. So Monday I put another prepped sealed bag of chicken tenderloins, straight from the freezer, into the sous vide so that the rest of the fixings could be used in another round.
