It'd been a while since I grabbed a whole chicken to make for supper, so last Thursday was the time to go for it, made easier with the Instant Pot and a nice recipe for a rotisserie-style seasoning mix. I roasted broccoli florets and whipped up some Alabama great white sauce, and it was all pretty darned tasty.
Also, it was a treat to enjoy fresh-squeezed orange juice for my refreshment break in the afternoon, given that it was National Orange Juice Day.
