Meal No. 3351: Chicken Breast and Two Sides

With a busy day in the yard last Tuesday, it was helpful to turn once more to the simplicity of the sous vide to bring out a prepped chicken breast from the freezer as the main course for dinner. With roasted garlicky asparagus spears and easy stovetop stuffing, it was a supper of generous proportions and led to a satisfied fullness.
