You'd have to go all the way back to Meal No. 2515 in January 2020 to see the last time I made chicken with coronation sauce, which is truly a house favorite but which I felt I had to give up once I started strictly observing weight management. The encouraging news was that it did not blow up my next-morning weigh-in so perhaps I'll not be so skittish about this super dish!
