Meal No. 3107: Korean Pulled Pork Tostadas

Thanks to the potent singeing sting of authentic Asian chili paste, a new recipe attempt for Korean pulled pork tostadas proved to be very flavorful and nearly flammable. An overnight cook in half the marinade set me up to serve this as lunch on Thursday a week ago, along with some really terrific Asian slaw in a sesame ginger dressing. I went ahead and added some extra gochuchang plus lime crema. Couldn't quite finish the second one but definitely needed a second tall tumbler of cool water along with it!
