Meal No. 2978: Peruvian Split Chicken Breast

When the smarter course of action would have been a moderate dinner on the night before Thanksgiving, I instead horrendously overindulged in a full split chicken breast with Peruvian spices, cooked sous vide to tender juicy perfection. I made a mess of roasted French green beans and had leftover asparagus cuts to round out the plate.
