Since I had plenty of roasted spiced salmon left over from dinner at the beginning of last week, it proved most fitting for yet another batch of salmon croquettes Wednesday a week ago. Garlic-roasted whole green beans and the remainder of a batch of garlic chili lime aïoli made for a smashing success of a supper.
