Meal No. 2471: Lamb Tacos


Thursday's dinner at the Roediger House was lamb tacos, with goat cheese and caramelized onions and roasted red pepper strips, topped with a yogurt tahini sauce. It is a recipe based off of lamb köfte although this time around I managed to forget the excellent addition of harissa, for some reason. Were they still good, though? Indeed.
