Meal No. 2483: Lamb & Mushroom Meat Loaf


For four of us on hand Sunday a week ago at dinnertime, I served up some delicious lamb and mushroom meatloaf, along with reheated creamy four-cheese mac-n-cheese and buttered garden peas. This version of meat loaf always comes out tasty and good, so I'm glad I was gifted with the Tupelo Honey Cafe cookbook (from which it came) after a houseguest's visit to Asheville.
