Meal No. 2483: Lamb & Mushroom Meat Loaf


For four of us on hand Sunday a week ago at dinnertime, I served up some delicious lamb and mushroom meatloaf, along with reheated creamy four-cheese mac-n-cheese and buttered garden peas. This version of meat loaf always comes out tasty and good, so I'm glad my sister Allison got me the Tupelo Honey Cafe cookbook (from which it came) after one of her trips to Asheville.
