For someone who gets to live according to his own schedule and whims, mostly, it intrigues me that I often operate with a frantic rushed approach with way too many meals. As a result, it seems I've gravitated towards a lot of quick and simple recipes and that's also meant a lack of creativity and perhaps some repetition. At least the repetition has been of belly-pleasing meals, like last night's return to Emeril's skillet beef stroganoff, which more than satisfied.
