Meal No. 2477: Poker-Break Pulled Beef Sandwiches
Last Saturday night I tried out a new recipe, hoping it would prove satisfying and satisfactory to my weekend guests. It's called "Poker-Break Pulled Beef Sandwiches," and comes from Amy Thielen on Food52.com. We piled this shredded beef high on brioche buns and slurped up the accompanying souped-up baked beans, and then called it a day.
