As the week wrapped up, with a return at last to sunny skies, it was delightful to spend some time outside again. By late Friday afternoon, when it was time for supper prep, I kept it simple and certain with skillet beef stroganoff, with my bowl piled too large and all of it eaten, to a condition of bodily misery.
