An overdue dinner with neighbors Mike and Jessica occurred last Tuesday night, and braided beef and broccoli strudel seemed to be an ideal dish to serve them. We feasted and filled our bellies with its comforting goodness, supplemented this time around with spiced roasted Yukon potatoes. It was a fine evening of hanging out and chatting and laughing, stretching well into the evening, because time flies when you're having fun!
