Last Friday's gathering of the good bunch had a fine finisher in the form of a creamy, fluffy, slightly tangy no-bake cheesecake on a Biscoff crust. It was a fitting end to another great evening with these dear friends, on top of that delicious Brunswick stew and plenty of time hanging out and laughing (and playing some pool) up on the third floor. We finished the night back around that cozy kitchen table, all reasonably pleased with how the cheesecake turned out, and realizing we'd just have to stop while it was all still fun.
