A quick return to a recently-made house favorite occurred on the first day of March: weeknight chicken tikka masala. Served in creamy saucy abundance over Basmati rice, and accompanied by cumin-coriander-roasted cauliflower florets, it was the latest reminder of how awesome might be the simple joys of kitchen endeavors.
