When I make cinnamon rolls and they are just too good, I find it easy to return somewhat quickly to them. Seven days after Batch No. 19, I whipped up Batch No. 20...same recipe but this time doing without the maple pecan "sticky bun" topping. Gracious, so good, with enough to share with neighbors and enough held in reserve to have more than too much for me. When the activities that had been scheduled for the penultimate day of February were canceled, it seemed a great alternative use of my time!
