...and then it was April, as of Friday a week ago. One more step closer to the greater comfort of consistently warmer days. And on a lovely but breezy evening, as suppertime neared, I spiced a couple of slabs of delicious salmon and roasted them to a perfect temp. I also made up a fresh batch of creamy Caesar dressing. Those salads were terrific.
