On the final Monday night of March, I pulled out some pork tenderloins, trimmed them, cut them into cubes...tossed them in a quick barbecue glaze, speared them onto skewers, and got them grilled to a tasty perfection. With roasted garlicky whole green beans and roasted baby red potatoes with a blackening spice, it was quite awesome for a weeknight meal.
