Meal No. 2942: Sous Vide Pork Chops

The ongoing effort to cook down what I'd sealed and stored away in the freezer continues, and on the final Sunday in September the slip drawn from the lottery jar was for pork chops. All that was needed to make it a complete meal was a small smattering of chopped romaine with more of my homemade Caesar dressing on it, plus the last of the homemade croutons I had on hand. The pork chops were large enough to carry the meal and other sides were unnecessary.
