The latter part of this past week marked the return of good Virginia friends, Jeremy and Mark, who arrived midway through last Thursday morning. It was a great visit and was over all too soon, but we had a fine time. The Thursday evening meal was a quick throw-together, with some delicious Cafe Rio sweet pork as the main feature of a loaded sheet pan of nachos. A healthy round of seconds followed quickly. I'm glad I'd made more lime crema to go with it!
