Well, the nice weather was awesome for its three-day run, but last Friday saw a return to temps in the 40s and rain rolled in around mid-day. That's all it took to switch the meal gears over into the comfort realm, so I made lamb and mushroom meat loaf along with roasted broccoli and a choice between the last of a batch of leftover roasted sweet potatoes or a lump of instant potatoes.
