Last Monday was National Cookie Day, perhaps much to the delight of the elementary school leadership team I worked with that day over in Greensboro, because I brought with me a fresh-made batch of my very best regular sugar cookies. The recipe is just about perfect but its author disappeared from the interwebs, as did the source website. I'm glad to be in possession of a printed version!
