With well-ripened bananas that had best get used in proper fashion, last Sunday I whipped up a couple of loaves of marvelous banana bread, based on a recipe graciously shared by former neighbors who ought not to have moved away. I didn't actually get any of it, and just hope that reports I received were honest in assessing the tastiness: a loaf went to a school leadership team I was with at the start of the week, and the other loaf was divided between friends. I reckon I can always make more when the time comes.
