One of my super-favorite go-to sorta-healthy meals has made a reappearance, as of this past Saturday afternoon: roasted spiced salmon fillet with roasted broccoli florets. Its deliciousness made an already good day even better.
Maybe doing a full-fridge clean-out (one of the not-yet-drawn items on my Quarantine Task Jar list) caused me to work up an extra measure of appetite that morning:
