Meal No. 2854: Grilled Ribeye Steaks

Last Friday offered another fine morning for a bike ride out around Salem Lake (6th time for the Salem Lake run from home; 19.2 miles total trek). I figured 40 miles of cycling in two days might merit a fine steak dinner. Alas, the ribeyes I grilled were thinner than I was hoping but they were still delicious, especially accompanied by roasted garlic-infused asparagus and roasted spiced potatoes. And was that a small remainder of chocolate pudding to finish it all off in grand fasion? I should say so.
