Dateline: Sun 26 July. As July rolled into its final week, the Sunday supper at the Roediger House brought out a classic and old favorite: Not So Cajun Chicken. Often the first dish I’d make for new company, and featured prominently on special occasions (like the first meal in the new kitchen in 2008), this dish comes with multi-faceted nostalgia and triggers all kinds of warm memories and feelings. Also: it’s quite tasty.
