Dateline: Tue 21 July. On a fridge clean-out night when leftovers served as supper, cookies were called for. And since it seemed like it had been a while since I had made regular (but giant) sugar cookies, that was the call that ultimately was made. Sweet and soft, chewy at the edges and luscious in the middle, them cookies is right tasty.
