You'd think that with lots of Thanksgiving leftovers the menu for last Friday night would have been predetermined. But it's not what I wanted so I took filet medallions, marinated them in a homemade ginger-garlic-soy sauce, and grilled them. Then I made a delicious sesame ginger dressing and it was a great and hearty salad night at the Roediger House.
