With our foursome for vittles last Sunday night, I was ready to bring back a dessert treat that we find to be pretty marvelous: Meyer lemon pudding. While I mostly missed the "season" for Meyer lemons over the winter, I was glad to stumble on a bag on a rare trek to Publix. So, why not? Oh, I still had to supplement with regular lemons. Nonetheless, we were all happy and pleased.
