A pretty delightful and light dessert that's worked its way into our hearts here is the incomparable key lime pie bars. I substitute Biscoff cookies for the graham crackers because: why not? And I usually like to boost the quantity of that central key lime filling, so all the amounts therein are adjusted upwards. With that fresh whipped cream topping spread on just before cutting and serving, this turns out to be a grand little treat to finish filling our bellies post-dinner. That's how it played out last Saturday night when six of us gathered for a festive day and evening together.
