A Saturday session with masters students in educational leadership seemed like a reason to bake a batch of cookies to make class seem much sweeter. Because they have been universally liked in the past, I was drawn to the DoubleTree Hotel-style chocolate chip-walnut cookie for this occasion, especially since the recipe results in a dependably plentiful amount. Tossed into individual baggies and brought out at the right moment that day, I do believe the group was glad to have that snacking option.
