I carved out a bit of time on Wednesday evening to make a seasonally-appropriate sheet cake...specifically, a pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese frosting. I wrapped up the finishing touches just before bedtime that night, meaning a small portion was perfect for sampling with the last of my Thursday morning coffee. Oh, and several squares were shared on the block, of course!
My one other making of this cake was a command performance, intended as a birthday cake...of which I tasted none!
