A round of cookies was needed to satisfy sweet tooth cravings on the first day of November, and I answered that earnest call with a wonderful batch of cinnamon-chai oatmeal cookies. They baked up pretty perfect and persisted in a temptive state. I gave away quite a few but too many others ended up belonging to me, digestively speaking, that is.
