After putting a couple of prepped chicken thighs into the sous vide to be ready for a mid-afternoon meal, and pulling out the last of the Asian barbecue sauce I'd used earlier in the week, I put together the toppings for another delicious easy pizza meal. With the Asian barbecue sauce as the base, with cheddar cheese, red onion, barbecue spice-rubbed chicken thighs, goat cheese, and mozzarella cheese, it was pretty marvelous.
After a bit of rain and fog that morning, the day cleared up and turned sunny and warm...perfect for a bit of bonus outside time.
