Meal No. 2597: Lamb & Mushroom Meat Loaf


Saturday night at the Roediger House, a pretty awesome dinner of lamb meat loaf with homemade mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli. It had the added benefit of making enough that there were tasty leftovers for Sunday evening supper out on the driveway, as a brief interruption to the hard labors of the yard that day.
