Dateline: Wed 09 Sept. Another special evening with Amy at the house was a fine reason for a dessert that would not bore anybody. I had a few balls of oatmeal skillet cookie dough remaining, but I had to make a fresh batch of ice cream if I was going for another pizookie evening. And ice cream is a must for that. It occurred to me that maybe eggnog ice cream could still be complementary to the oatmeal and cinnamon of the ramekin-baked cookie, and it was. We rather enjoyed this treat for the brief moment it was before us...and then suddenly gone.
