Dateline: Thur 10 Sept. When the pork baby back ribs are on sale, I can’t help but toss a rack or two into the grocery cart. A couple of Thursdays ago, as the lovely afternoon quickly became summer-like, it made ribs seems suited to the weather. Ah, but I do have a fondness for slow-roasting these in the oven and tried out a different recipe for ‘em, much to my delight and satisfaction. To keep the focus on eating more ribs and not crowding up my plate or stomach, I tossed canned green beans into a pot with a few seasonings and let them serve as momentary distractors between eager bites of tender morsels of meat.
