Dateline: Thur 17 Sept. After a few days on the road working hard up in Virginia, it was reason enough for the simplicity of the viral ramen recipe a couple of Thursdays ago, once I was back home again. Perhaps too heavy a hand poured when I put in some dark soy sauce, as indicated by the saltiness, but it’s always a tasty meal in a jiffy.
