Dateline: Fri 04 Sept. The very last of the sheet pan chicken shawarma I’d made at the start of September was just what I needed once we reached the first Friday night of the month: with chopped Romaine, shaved parmesan, homemade creamy Caesar dressing, and a couple of burrito-sized flour tortilla wraps, it sure made for a delicious dinner.
